1. Overview
Chatso plays a significant role in the Advesa e-commerce system. The customer service team can monitor customer information, purchase history, pixel tracking, and product recommendations based on AI algorithms with connectivity to the Breadstack CRM platform.
2. Objectives
The objective of designing the landing page for a live chat product is to create a visually appealing and informative web page that effectively communicates the value proposition of the live chat product, engages visitors, and encourages them to take action, such as signing up or requesting a demo.
3. User personas
The most commonly encountered user type on Chatso is customer service agents.
The client service agents can direct customer conversation. They can create coupons for conversion and view comprehensive customer data. They can also access all of the past conversation records quickly for reference.
4. The design
To ensure that the landing page aligns with the overall branding and visual identity of the Chatso product. I used consistent colours, typography, and imagery to reinforce brand recognition.
