1. Product Direction & Vision Setting

• Co-created ideas with the team, assessed feasibility, and defined the problem space.
• Prioritized the core value that could be delivered within 48 hours, avoiding scope creep.

2. Progress Tracking & Team Coordination

• Created 4–6 hour sprint blocks with continuous progress tracking.
• Assigned tasks based on team members’ strengths.
• Ensured seamless FE–Mobile–BE integration without bottlenecks.

• Clarifies DNSE’s break-even methodology to minimize customer confusion
