1. Overview

The traditional stock investment process that has existed for decades in Vietnam is something DNSE seeks to recreate. Through technological advancements and a user-experience-centered approach, DNSE seeks to make investment for Vietnamese people simpler.

2. Objectives

Research, strategize and design an end-to-end (Web/App trading platform) experience to help Vietnamese buy and sell stocks, with a focus on

Increasing conversion rates by 20% on the previous MVP.
Reduce 3,3% the acquisition cost from 3.000.000đ to 100.000đ.

– Passive user: “Sustainable long-term growth from small investments”

– Active user: “Motivated by huge financial gains despite risks”

– Balance user: “Think twice before committing to a single channel”

I had the honour of joining the EntradeX Web Trading project at a very early stage. It was a wonderful opportunity to learn about what is new and interesting in the world of stock trading. As a Product Designer, I’m always looking for new methods and insights, and this project offered plenty of that.

Every day, our customer support team collects feedback from Brokers and customers via sources (FB, Zalo, Mail, Telegram, and Internal chat). And here are some love that everyone sent to our team. Furthermore, I cherish the positive feedback from clients who use Entrade X on a daily basis. When my job is able to provide meaningful value to people, I am happy.
