UpBase offers multi-channel management software, which helps businesses optimize the operation and management of their various e-commerce channels.

– Consulting on multi-channel selling strategy in e-commerce.

– Synchronous management of orders and warehouses.

– Collect and examine data to assist in making precise forecasts and choices.

3. The problem

Multi-channel selling with multiple websites is a successful way for businesses to attract and capture customers. However, managing multiple stations with limited resources is a major challenge that Enterprises/Vendors are constantly seeking solutions for.

4. Strategy

– BOD decision: To assist Organizations in growing in E-Commerce, UpBase offers a comprehensive set of solutions, including Services and Software for managing several Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop shops

Background:

Minh Anh is a Store Owner who owns an internet store. She sells products through her own website and numerous outside markets like Lazada and Shopee.

Since her store has expanded. However, she finds it challenging to keep track of inventory, update product information across different channels, and process orders efficiently.

Goals and Pain Points:

– Multi-Channel Selling: Minh Anh wants to expand her business and sell products on various channels, including her website and popular marketplaces. However, managing inventory and product information on multiple platforms is time-consuming and prone to errors.

– Inventory Management: Minh Anh struggles with inventory management across different channels. She needs a solution that allows her to keep track of stock levels, automatically update inventory when sales are made, and prevent overselling.

When creating components for businesses and vendors. I gave user experience, style, and functionality careful consideration.

How can I create effective e-commerce elements that enhance the user experience and drive sales?

– Consistent visual identity: All pages and components of Upbase SME should share the same visual identity. This includes using the same fonts, colours, and design styles.

– Usability: The components must be simple to operate and navigate. Make it simple for store owners to find what they’re searching for by using clear labelling and simple design principles.

– High-quality images: images are essential to e-commerce design. Use high-quality images to promote brand products and help users in making smart decisions.

– Clear calls to action: the elements should have clear calls to action, such as “Save & create product” or “Apply all”. Make these calls to action stand out by using contrasting colours and bold positioning.

– Test and iterate: I use the Product Owner’s and team members’ input to refine and iterate on my designs.
